Jared, my son in law, with my daughter Elyssa went to the Texas State Fair yesterday as part of a Lone Star Baptist College sponsored activity.  The college is a ministry of the Parkside Baptist Church in Mesquite, Texas pastored by my good friend, Dr. Mike Wells.  He has been the pastor there for less than a year and doing a wonderful job.  Dr. Larry May was the pastor of the church for over 25 years and now is Pastor Emeritus.  He is traveling all over the country preaching in Baptist Conferences.  Jared and Elyssa invited my son Andres to come along as they invited Jr's and Sr's in high school.  They had a great time!  Thank God for family!

Jared, mi yerno, con mi hija Elyssa fueron al State Fair de Texas ayer como parte de una actividad patrocinada por el Colegio Bautista de Lone Star.  El colegio es un ministerio de la Iglesia Bautista de Parkside en Mesquite, Texas pastoreada por mi buen amigo, el Dr. Mike Wells.  El ha sido el pastor de la iglesia por menos de un año y esta haciendo un trabajo maravilloso.  El Dr. Larry May fue el pastor de la iglesia por mas de 25 años y ahora es el Pastor Emeritus.  El ahora predica por toda la nacion en Conferencias Bautistas.  Jared y Elyssa invitaron a mi hijo Andres a ir con ellos al invitar a Jr's y Sr's de high school.  ¡Tuvieron un gran tiempo!  ¡Gracias a Dios por la familia!
