My parents were at Commonwealth Baptist College taking one of their young ladies and it was a special treat for me to see them.  Here we are with them at the lobby of the college.  We were able to attend chapel today.  Boy, it was packed out!  They have a great enrollment this year and the spirit was great!  Dr. Fugate preached a great message called, "Fear, my friend."  It was a great truth!  It is wonderful to know our children can go to a place where they can fulfill God's calling for their lives.

Mis padres estaban en Commonwealth Baptist College llevando a una de sus muchachas y fue algo especial para mi poder verlos.  Aqui estamos con ellos en el lobby del colegio.  Pudimos asistir a la capilla hoy.  ¡Muchacho, estuvo llenisimo!  ¡Ellos tienen una gran matricula este año y el espiritu estuvo tremendo!  El Dr. Fugate predico un gran mensaje llamado, "El miedo, mi amigo."  ¡Fue una gran verdad!  Es maravilloso saber que nuestros hijos pueden ir a un lugar donde ellos pueden cumplir con el llamado de Dios para sus vidas.

David, our third child, is off to Bible College today!  Roberta and I are going to miss him, but we are very happy he is doing God's will.  He will be attending Commonwealth Baptist College in Lexington, KY where Dr. Jeff Fugate is Pastor and founder. God has called David to be a preacher and my wife and I are very proud of him.  Roberta and I want to thank those of you who have prayed for David for your support and encouragement.  No greater joy than to see our children walk in truth!

David, nuestro tercer hijo,se va al Colegio Biblico hoy!  Roberta y yo lo vamos a extrañar, pero estamos contentos de que el esta haciendo la voluntad de Dios.  El estara asistiendo a Commonwealth Baptist College en Lexington, KY donde el Dr. Jeff Fugate es Pastor y fundador.  Dios ha llamado a David a ser predicador y mi esposa y yo estamos bien orgullosos de el.  Roberta y yo queremos darle las gracias a aquellos que han orado por David por su apoyo y animo.  ¡No hay mayor gozo que ver a nuestros hijos andar en la verdad!

A Missionary from Colombia/Un Misionero de Colombia

Missionary Rafael Gomez from Colombia came to our church to present his work to Cartagena de Indias, located on the north side of the country.  He graduated from Bible College in Puerto Rico.  The Lord has called him to go back to his country and win his people to Christ.  Our people were blessed with his visit tonight!

Misionero Rafael Gomez de Colombia vino a nuestra iglesia a presentar su obra a Cartagena de Indias, localizado en el norte del pais.  El se graduo de Colegio Biblico en Puerto Rico.  El Señor lo ha llamado a regresar a su pais y ganar a su gente para Cristo.  ¡Nuestra gente fue bendecida con su visita esta noche!
